Ecommerce Audit & Competitive Benchmarking


Jijamas, a luxury pajama brand, wanted to improve sales and increase their average order value.  As a relatively new brand in the luxury retail market, the company also wanted to increase its brand awareness.  

Lizard Strategy conducted an ecommerce audit of the Jijamas website and performed a competitive analysis of other leaders in the space. We developed recommendations for optimization of sales and created and executed a social media strategy to enhance brand awareness.
